To initiate the return process, please email [email protected] requesting a refund for the product. Please include the order number if known.

To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, the return must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be requested within 60 days of receipt/delivery.

• The return is eligible for first-time buyers only.

• The return is eligible for single bottle/unit purchases only.

• The return is available to customers worldwide (International and Domestic).

• Empty bottles or boxes will not be considered for a refund. You must return the physical container, and at least one serving (e.g., 1 pill or 1 bar) must remain inside the packaging to prove it was not fully consumed.

• Customers are responsible for the charges and tax of the return shipping and must arrange their own return courier, we provide a $50 Store Gift Card upon proof of return shipment to help offset these costs.

• HTLT Supplements will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.

• Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in a physical store.

• After the customer service department confirms the exchange/return request, please ship the return parcel within 7 days.

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Upon the tracking number being shared to our customer service team, we will send you a $50 gift card to htltsupps.com for the trouble.

• If any of the criteria above cannot be met and you are not satisfied with the product, please reach out anyways and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
